We have designed this resolution protocol to protect your financial investment and ensure your treatment is never compromised.

Federal Restrictions on Physical Returns

Under strict guidelines enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and national health authorities, pharmacies are legally prohibited from accepting the physical return of dispensed prescription medications. Once a package leaves our controlled facility, it cannot be restocked, repurposed, or resold under any circumstances.

Even though physical returns are strictly prohibited, Caremedixia remains fully accountable for the integrity of your order. If your situation meets any of the following criteria, you are entitled to a complete refund or an expedited free replacement:

  • Compromised Integrity: If your medication arrives crushed, unsealed, visibly tampered with, or damaged due to courier mishandling.
  • Fulfillment Inaccuracies: If you receive an incorrect medication, the wrong milligram dosage, or a lower quantity than what was officially invoiced and prescribed.
  • Transit Failures: If the courier (USPS or FedEx) officially declares your package as "Lost in Transit" and it fails to arrive at the verified address provided during checkout.

Managing Order Cancellations

Because we utilize rapid fulfillment systems to guarantee overnight delivery, the window to cancel an order is very brief. You must submit your cancellation request before the package is handed to the courier.

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If you notify our support team before a tracking number is registered and your package leaves our loading dock, we will halt the order and issue a 100% refund immediately.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: The moment your parcel is scanned by the courier, ownership of the medication legally transfers. At this stage, the order can no longer be recalled, canceled, or refunded.

Filing a Resolution Request

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or a free replacement, please initiate a claim within 7 calendar days of the courier's marked delivery date by following these steps:

  2. Provide Verification: Clearly state your Full Name, Order ID, and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy or damage.
  3. Submit Evidence: For claims involving damaged goods or incorrect dosages, you must attach high-quality photographs showing the shipping parcel, the medication container, and the intact prescription label.

Our resolution team prioritizes patient claims and will render a decision within 24 business hours. If approved, you will be given the option to receive a full refund to your original payment ledger or a priority reshipment at zero cost.

Financial Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are triggered by our billing department immediately. However, depending on your banking institution or chosen checkout method (Credit Card, Zelle, CashApp), it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the cleared funds to reflect on your statement.

Cryptocurrency Note: Refunds for orders paid via Bitcoin will be calculated and disbursed based on the exact US Dollar (USD) invoice value at the precise time of the original transaction, mitigating market volatility.
