You agree to utilize the Caremedixia platform strictly for lawful, personal, and non-commercial medical purposes. As a condition of your access, you explicitly agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws regarding the purchase and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
  • Utilize automated scripts, spiders, or web-scraping bots to extract data, pricing, or proprietary information from our servers.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt the operational integrity of our secure network.
  • Attempt to breach, bypass, or circumvent our security authentication measures or access another patient's medical profile.
  • Submit forged, expired, or fraudulently acquired medical prescriptions.

3. Patient Accounts & Credentials

To access expedited checkout and track prescriptions, you may register a Patient Account. By doing so, you attest that the personal, medical, and financial data you provide is completely accurate and current. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. Caremedixia will not be held liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your password.

4. Purchasing & E-Commerce Fulfillment

All items placed into your digital shopping cart represent an "offer to purchase." Caremedixia reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole clinical discretion. To place an order, you must guarantee that:

  • You are legally recognized as an adult (18 years or older) within your governing jurisdiction.
  • You possess the legal authorization to utilize the credit card, digital wallet, or cryptocurrency ledger provided during checkout.

A legally binding sale is not finalized until our facility has verified the order and physically dispatched the medication to the carrier.

6. Billing, Pricing & Promotional Offers

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. All medication costs are clearly displayed prior to checkout. However, we reserve the right to correct unforeseen typographical pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you immediately to proceed with the corrected price or issue a full cancellation.

Promotional codes (such as our standard digital savings code) must be applied directly within the checkout interface prior to finalizing the transaction. Retroactive discounts cannot be applied to already-processed orders.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The overarching Caremedixia brand, including our digital architecture, text, logos, graphical interfaces, and underlying software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Caremedixia and its licensors. You are granted no license to reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of our Platform for commercial gain without explicit written consent from our legal department.

8. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE CAREMEDIXIA PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON A STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED SYSTEM ACCESS OR THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF DIGITAL ERRORS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAREMEDIXIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC CLINICAL PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SPECIFIC MEDICATION WILL CURE OR TREAT YOUR CONDITION.

9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CAREMEDIXIA, ITS PHARMACISTS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM OR THE CONSUMPTION OF OUR PRODUCTS.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER IN QUESTION DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States. Should any dispute arise between you and Caremedixia, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team first.

Class Action Waiver: YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OR ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST CAREMEDIXIA.
